I'm Jamie McCormack; a director, writer and producer with over 15 years' experience making films across documentary, fashion, brand and commercial work.

I started out as a researcher on Teen Undertaker, a Channel 4 First Cuts commission. Over the next five years I worked my way up to Creative and Producer within a boutique production company, then spent several years as part of a directing duo. We made self-funded films that ran on Nowness and Dazed while paying the bills with fashion and brand work. In 2023, I set up Mack & Co Films.

Recent projects include a stint as Series Producer and Director on a 30-film global documentary campaign for Google, and as Story Producer on the FIFA World Cup 2026, brought onboard early to develop early story concepts pre-tournament, then overseeing 24+ films delivered across the tournament.

Mack & Co is a vehicle for all of that: modular by design, so I can build a team that scales to the job without carrying the overhead of a static one. I'll put together whatever the project needs, running it through Mack & Co or embedded within your own production team. Either way, the same standards apply: excellence, collaboration, and joy in the process.
